    • Access AI-generated information such as item type, era, style, material, origin, history, condition indicators, estimated value range, and similar matches.
    • Save and manage personal collections, notes, and wishlists.
    • Use AI-powered chat for item-related questions.
    • Participate in community features such as posting, commenting, and sharing.
    • Access marketplace or classified listing features where available.

    Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

    4. Purchases and Subscriptions

    In-App Purchases

    • Certain features or content may require payment.
    • Payments are processed via the app store: Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

    Subscriptions

    • Premium features may be available through subscription plans.
    • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
    • Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via your app store account settings.

    Refunds

    All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.

    5. User Responsibilities

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • All activity under your account.
    • Ensuring uploaded images, notes, posts, comments, and listings are lawful, accurate, and respectful.
    • Ensuring that any item you list is legal to own, sell, display, transfer, or ship.

    You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

    6. Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to:

    • Use the App for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit the App.
    • Upload malicious code or interfere with security.
    • Post inappropriate, offensive, abusive, spam, or misleading content.
    • List stolen, counterfeit, restricted, regulated, culturally protected, or illegal items.
    • Misrepresent item authenticity, ownership, condition, age, origin, value, or legality.

    7. Marketplace and Listings

    The App may allow users to create or view marketplace/classified listings for vintage items, collectibles, décor, antique-style items, and related goods.

    Antiqzy is not the seller, buyer, broker, auctioneer, appraiser, or authenticator of user-listed items unless explicitly stated.

    Users are responsible for verifying item authenticity, ownership, legality, condition, value, seller/buyer credibility, shipping, taxes, and any applicable legal requirements.

    We may remove listings or restrict accounts if we believe content violates our policies, applicable law, or user safety standards.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, AI models, logos, databases, guides, and software, are owned by Trackzio Mobile Application Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

    9. Third-Party Integrations

    The App may integrate with third-party services such as AI processing APIs, analytics tools, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and app stores. By using these features, you agree to comply with the respective third-party terms.

    10. Advertising and Marketing

    The App may display advertisements or promotional content. The inclusion of such content does not imply endorsement by Trackzio Mobile Application Private Limited.

    We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, legality, ownership status, or market value of any item. The App does not provide professional appraisal, authentication, legal, financial, or cultural-property advice.

    Users should consult qualified professionals where necessary before buying, selling, restoring, insuring, exporting, or relying on information about any item.

    19. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
