Welcome to Shroomzy: Mushroom Identifier ("the App"), owned and operated by Trackzio Mobile Application Private Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you:

Confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or if required by law, have parental or guardian consent if under 18.
Agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies provided within the App.

2. Modifications to Terms

Shroomzy: Mushroom Identifier is an AI-powered mushroom identification and educational app that helps users:

Identify mushrooms and fungi using uploaded images.
Access AI-generated information such as possible species name, scientific classification, habitat, seasonality, appearance, toxicity, edibility, look-alikes, and similar matches.
Save and manage personal collections, notes, locations, observations, and wishlists.
Use AI-powered chat for mushroom-related questions.
Participate in community features such as posting, commenting, liking, and sharing.
Browse a global mushroom catalogue and access regional or seasonal mushroom information.

Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

In-App Purchases

Certain features or content may require payment.
Payments are processed via the app store: Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Subscriptions

Premium features may be available through subscription plans.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled via your app store account settings.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activity under your account.
Ensuring uploaded images, notes, posts, comments, and other content are lawful, accurate, and respectful.
Using the App responsibly and independently verifying mushroom identification results before handling, consuming, preparing, selling, or using any mushroom.

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe purposes.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit the App.
Upload malicious code or interfere with security.
Post inappropriate, offensive, abusive, spam, or misleading content.
Encourage users to consume or use mushrooms based only on an identification provided by the App.
Present AI-generated mushroom information as guaranteed, professional, medical, toxicological, or scientific advice.
Use the App to support unlawful collection, possession, transport, or sale of protected mushrooms or fungi.

7. Community Features and User Content

The App may allow users to post mushroom images, observations, questions, comments, and other content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content is lawful, accurate, safe, and does not violate the rights of others.

Shroomzy does not independently verify user-submitted identifications, edibility claims, toxicity claims, medical advice, or other statements.

We may remove content or restrict accounts if we believe content violates our policies, applicable law, or user safety standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, AI models, logos, databases, guides, and software, are owned by Trackzio Mobile Application Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The App may integrate with third-party services such as AI processing APIs, analytics tools, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and app stores. By using these features, you agree to comply with the respective third-party terms.

10. Advertising and Marketing

The App may display advertisements or promotional content. The inclusion of such content does not imply endorsement by Trackzio Mobile Application Private Limited.

11. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

12. Updates to the App

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.

13. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be handled directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store in line with their policies.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

14. Limitation on Free Features

Some features may be available for free with restrictions, such as limited identifications, limited AI chat messages, limited collections, limited posts, limited catalogue access, or limited mushroom-of-the-day refreshes. Access to full features may require a subscription or upgrade.

15. Beta Features

Certain features may be released as beta or experimental. These are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

16. Notifications

The App may send push notifications, mushroom-related updates, collection reminders, community activity alerts, promotional updates, subscription messages, or app-related notices. You can manage preferences within your device settings.

17. Data Portability and Account Deletion

You may request a copy of your data or delete your account and associated data. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Deleting your account or the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

18. Mushroom Identification and Safety Disclaimer

Shroomzy may provide AI-generated information about mushroom identification, species, scientific classification, habitat, seasonality, appearance, toxicity, edibility, look-alikes, and similar matches.

This information is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Mushroom identification through photographs is inherently uncertain. Many edible mushrooms closely resemble toxic or deadly species. Results may be affected by image quality, lighting, angle, missing parts of the mushroom, geographic location, seasonal variation, and similarities between species.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, safety, or reliability of any identification or mushroom-related information.

You must not eat, taste, prepare, handle, sell, or otherwise use a mushroom based solely on information provided by Shroomzy.

Users should consult a qualified local mycologist or mushroom expert before consuming or using any wild mushroom.

If mushroom poisoning or exposure is suspected, contact local emergency services or a poison control centre immediately. Shroomzy does not provide medical, toxicological, emergency, or treatment advice.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
